I’m a first generation Filipino-Canadian who shares traditional and authentic Filipino and Asian recipes on this site.

Growing up, I’d always watch my parents cook traditional Filipino food and pastries. They loved to explore new restaurants and local-eats in our city, so naturally, food culture became a major part of my upbringing.
In my journey as a creator since 2020, I began to see minimal representation in the West when it came to Filipino cuisine. I mean, yes, we had Jollibee, but I couldn’t help but think how there’s so much more to Filipino food outside of spaghetti and fried chicken!
And so with that thought in mind, my mission to promote Filipino culture and food began. It rekindled a newfound appreciation towards my original roots, and with it, emerged a community of others who also rediscovered the beauty of their own culture through food.

Where You Can Currently Find Me
Being Canadian-based, winters are no joke, so you’ll typically find me cozied up at home testing all sorts of recipes and filming them for all of you!
I still work part-time as a Cardiac Nurse, trying to find a sweet spot to balance my double-life as health care professional and a blogger.
My partner and I recently launched our new Photography & Videography business, which you can find here. Creating high quality content and capturing the special moments in people’s lives has always been our greatest passions.
